The stage is set for you and your time is NOW. So study history, prepare yourselves and put your trust in God before taking any action. Have a vision and a strategy to serve the common good. Mobilize, organize & cultivate discipline of serving others. If you ever find yourself in the center of your vision, know that you are on a slippery slope to self-destruction. Keep in mind most leaders were not born leaders; they learnt from others & by trial and error. Collaborate with like-minded people who have good track record. Exercise self-reliance when it comes to funding. Lastly, seek & benefit from the older generation- those who are willing to pass on their institutional memory & mentor you when needed.
